Describe what you want to automate

Tell Kindgi what your agent should do in plain language. Be specific about where your data lives, what you want the agent to do with it, and what the end result should look like. Type your description, then click Create Agent.

Prompt

>I want an agent that checks a Google Sheet for candidate entries with interview status pending, automatically picks the next available slot on my Google Calendar and creates an invite for each candidate

Be specific about which rows to look at — e.g. "status is pending."

Mention every app involved so Kindgi knows what to connect.

Kindgi builds your agent

Kindgi takes your description, breaks it into steps, figures out which apps are needed, and sets everything up — all automatically. Wait for all steps to complete, then click Open in Studio.

Review your agent in Studio

The Build tab shows every step your agent will go through: fetching candidates from your spreadsheet, checking calendar availability, assigning time slots, and creating invites. Each step shows which app it uses and whether it's connected. Use the chat input at the bottom to add, remove, or reorder steps.

Click any step to expand its details and settings.

Orange Connect badges mean that app still needs to be linked to your account.

05

Connect your Google accounts

Your agent needs access to Google Sheets and Google Calendar. Click each orange Connect badge, sign in, grant permissions, and select your account. Once all badges turn green and the counter shows 2/2, you're ready to test. Follow the Setting Up Connections guide for the full walkthrough, then come back here.

You only connect once — all future agents reuse the same link.

Each step can use a different account if needed.

Enter your test details

Click + New Test, then paste the Google Sheet URL and enter the interview duration. Test runs are safe — any emails go to you instead of the candidates. Fill in the fields, then click Run Test.

See your agent in action

The agent works through each step automatically — some run side by side, others one after another. Green checkmarks appear as each one finishes. You can click any step to see what it did and view the data it found.

If a step produces an unexpected result, click it for details — you can re-run just that step.

Not happy with the output? Update your agent in the Build tab and test again.

Update and improve your agent

Every time you make a change in the Build tab, Kindgi saves a new version of your agent. You can open Versions to see the full history, compare changes, or switch back to an earlier version at any time. This means you can keep improving your agent without worrying about breaking what already works.

Every change is saved — switch back anytime
09

Go back to your agent

Click the agent name at the top or the Back button to return to the agent page. When you run your agent from here, it always uses the version you've marked as Currently Live — so you can keep making changes in Studio without affecting your real runs.

Click the agent name or Back to return

Run your agent

Your agent is ready. The agent page shows its current version, run history, and status. Click Run to start processing your real data — a dialog lets you enter the Google Sheet URL and interview duration before kicking off. Click Run to start your agent.
